President Danning was the President of the United States at the time of the Flock's visit to Washington, D.C.
School's Out - Forever[]
When the North Adams School arranged a field trip to the White House, Angel went missing. She returned moments later, escorted by the President, who seemed to have taken a liking to her. He was smiling and seemed pleasant.
A TV newscaster later reported that the President had, seemingly spontaneously, drastically revised the year's budget. Almost a billion dollars were moved from the military to public education and homeless shelters. Upon hearing this, Angel and Total slapped high fives, implying that Angel's powers were responsible.
The Final Warning[]
Although President Danning was not mentioned, the U.S. government took an interest in the Flock and arranged a meeting with them.
