Steve Blackman was one of the people that the Flock met at a Hollywood talent agency towards the beginning of MAX. However, he was not seen or mentioned in any of the other books.

In MAX, Blackman offered the Flock many different job opportunities, such as modeling and acting, in an attempt to try to convince them to become famous. However, Max turned all the opportunities down, and the Flock soon left.
